2 Star Transport LLC

1. Scope of Services

2 Star Transport LLC provides truck dispatching services to independent carriers and also operates as a trucking company. Services include load booking, communication with brokers/shippers, route planning, and document management.

2. Carrier Requirements

All partner carriers using our dispatch services must provide:

  • Valid MC Authority & DOT Number

  • Active Insurance Certificate

  • W-9 Form

  • Signed Dispatch Agreement

Carriers are solely responsible for legal operation and compliance under their authority.

3. Fees & Payments

Dispatching fees are charged as a flat rate or percentage per load, as agreed in the Dispatch Agreement. Payments are due as invoiced. For trucking services, all freight charges must be paid per contract terms or rate confirmations.

4. Liability Disclaimer

2 Star Transport LLC is not liable for:

  • Cargo loss/damage (unless operating under our authority)

  • Delivery delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or third parties

  • Broker/shipper cancellations or changes

Carriers are fully responsible for equipment condition and DOT compliance.

SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. SMS Consent Communication:

The information (517-325-3235) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from 2 Star Transport LLC, you may receive messages related to the following

 

Conversation:  We will use SMS  to talk with our clients about their loads. We will used it to provide them there load details. We will use it to reach out potential clients for our truck dispatching business. We will use it to get updates from our client about the load.

Example:  Hi Good Morning!

This is Ryan from 2 Star Transport LLC. We are offering dispatch services all over USA. Kindly provide us your zip so we will get you some best loads options. Reply STOP to opt-out.

  1. Message Frequency:

    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to [5] SMS messages per week related to your [Load details].

Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your load details or update on a load.”

  1. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

  1. Opt-In Method:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from 2 Star Transport LLC in the following ways.

  • They message us first.

  1. Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
